30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your routine. If the VALOIR Filtered Shower Head is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

How the guarantee works

If the shower head is unused and unopened, it may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, once the shower head has been installed or used, it can only be returned if it is faulty — for example leaking, damaged, or not working as intended. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once a unit has been used.

To begin a return, contact VALOIR with your order number and a short reason for the return. We will provide the return instructions.

For a change-of-mind return of an unused item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return delivery. If an item is confirmed faulty or was supplied in error, VALOIR will make the appropriate return arrangement at no extra cost.

Replacement filters

The VALOIR 20-Stage Replacement Filter is a sealed hygiene consumable. A replacement filter purchased on its own may be returned within 30 days only when it is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Opened or used replacement filters cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied in error.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Faulty, incorrect, or unsafe items

This 30-day guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If an item is faulty, incorrect, unsafe, or does not meet the applicable standards, contact us promptly so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.
