Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You may request a return within 7 business days of delivery.

To be eligible, an item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original protective case, lens cloth, packaging, and all included components. We may inspect returned items before approving a refund, exchange, or store credit.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return-delivery costs.

Depending on the circumstances and stock availability, Valoir may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Promotional items

Free promotional items cannot be returned separately for a refund, credit, or exchange. If you return qualifying paid items from a Buy 2, Get 1 Free order, the complimentary item must also be returned. This does not affect rights you may have for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at ruchikaramdeen1@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where possible. Once confirmed, Valoir will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or exchange and cover reasonable return-delivery costs.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable South African law.
