These Terms govern your use of the Valoir website and purchases from Valoir. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices, products, promotions, availability, and product information may change without notice. We try to display colours, finishes, and products accurately, but screen settings may affect how products appear.

Payment and orders

Payment is processed through supported checkout methods, including Yoco, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders are accepted only once payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed.

Valoir may cancel or refuse an order where there is a genuine pricing, stock, payment, technical, or product-listing error. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will arrange the appropriate refund.

Promotions

The Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer applies only to eligible Valoir frames in one order, subject to availability. The complimentary third pair is applied according to the active promotion at checkout. Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Product disclaimer

Valoir sunglasses are fashion accessories and are not prescribed medical eyewear. They do not replace professional eye-care advice, prescription lenses, or medical treatment.

Intellectual property and governing law

All website content, photography, branding, copy, logos, and design elements belong to Valoir or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
